Products ordered through our online store are delivered on working days, except for weekends and holidays. We utilize various courier companies for deliveries, with delivery times depending on the destination city. Standard delivery may take up to 2 to 3 working days within Karachi city, while standard delivery time for other cities may take up to 3 to 5 working days. The delivery timeframe begins once the order has been confirmed to our customer service representative.

Please note that our on-time delivery guarantee does not apply to delays caused by circumstances beyond our or our logistics partners’ control. These may include unavailability or refusal to accept delivery, delays caused by the consignee, acts of God, actions of public authorities, Customs or similar authorities, riots, strikes or labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in transportation networks, and natural disasters.
